Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in business, human resources or related field required and 8 years of experience OR Master’s degree preferred with 6 years of experience developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy for individual contributors and people managers in a multinational organization
- 2+ years of experience in the high-tech industry.
- Learning & Development experience in a multi-cultural environment
