To be successful in this role you will have:
● Passion for staff development and success stories in building effective teams.
● Worked with Agile practices to build SaaS in a cloud environment. Can influence good practices inside the developer group and is a peer where advice is solicited
● Be passionate and excited about embracing new technologies
● Practical security compliance experience with industry security standards including one or more of the following: SOC2, FedRAMP, PCI, ISO 27001
● Familiarity with security technologies, processes, and concepts such as symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, TLS, Authentication and Authorization, vulnerability investigation
● Experience in at least two programming languages, including a scripting language, and a functional language. Exposure to a wide range of language types (e.g., scripting, Unix-like, procedural, functional, high-level) is especially helpful.
● Solid understanding of and interest in internet technologies and fundamental protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, and DNS
