Senior Manager of Program Management

Required Education and Experience:

 Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements
* 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Math, MIS, CIS or related equivalent degree or

*  8 years of relevant experience and a Masters’ degree

Required Skills:
*  10+ years experience as a Software Program Manager

*  5+ years experience managing program management teams

*  2 + years experience in a scaled Agile environment

Desired Skills:

*  Strong collaboration skills and ability to interface and collaborate with multiple teams and functions
*  Experience in multi-geographic development environments and teams
*  Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion

*  Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and/or Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
*  Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to drive day-to-day activities
*  Use of JIRA, Rally, Jenkins, Stash
*  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
*  Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies
