Required Skills
- 8 Years of experience with BS/BA Degree and 6 years of experience with Advanced Degree
- Demonstrable experience creating, leading and managing marketing, CRM, and/or communication database campaigns
- Experience in marketing data, database hygiene and customer relationship management function including customer base marketing, email marketing and/or mobile marketing
Desired Skills
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and able to seek the optimal solution
- Able to visualize and share the story of why all types of data are critical to understanding Akamai’s customer set – and should be part of the marketing data architecture
- Experience in suppression logic, communications hierarchies and opt-out/compliance across the globe
- Understand and leverage key concepts of Modern marketing including customer centricity, customer journey and apply to technology and conceptualization of a marketing database.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task in an unstructured work environment
- Significant MAP experience a plus
- 6-8 years of experience with marketing database operations
