Partner with the best

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager you will be managing complex strategic initiatives that support our marketing mission critical goals, and execute our marketing vision.

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading one of our go to market initiatives by facilitating integrated planning, collaboration, and performance reviews
• Championing a customer-centric culture through GTM planning, programs, and KPIs in partnership with leadership and marketing analytics
• Identifying and initiating workflow enhancements that improve customer experiences and program performance.
• Executive-level performance measurement and reporting for marketing (KPI calls), as well as product management and sales .
• Leading additional strategic and capability-building programs as needed to support our GTM

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10+ years of relevant marketing experience and a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Have experience leading and reporting on demand generation marketing programs
• Be able to take ambiguous feedback, find themes, and form an action plan to address them
• Be able to craft a data story, spot trends in performance data and diagnose the key drivers.
• Understand data and have the ability to recommend action plans to improve performance
• Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate often, clearly and honestly.
