Senior Network Capacity Analyst

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: * 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or * 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or * 3 years of relevant experience and a PhD

Required Skills

* 8+ years’ experience in an analyst function with demonstrated impact on business results through statistical analysis as a Demand/Supply planner in a relevant industry such as a provider of telecom services, internet services, or data center services

* 6+ years of direct experience with Media Content Distribution, Supply Chain Management and/or Service Provider Networks and Operations

* 5+ years hands-on experience using SQL for complex queries and big data analytics in order to drive required analysis independently and swiftly

* 5+ years of experience working/facilitating diverse technical teams, both culturally and geographically, in order to create effective and achievable plans

Desired Skills

* Direct experience with Media Content Distribution, Supply Chain Management and Service Provider Networks and Operations

* Strong decision-making ability and business acumen as it relates to the CDN business

* Ability to analyze complex alternatives, and then develop a well-supported course of action recommendation

* Domain expert able to perform exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover noteworthy trends & relationships and communicate findings via dashboards/presentations

* Energetic self-motivator who prefers a fast paced environment with an emphasis on process and is able to exercise independent discretion and judgement with limited supervision

* Positive, goal-oriented attitude and demeanor to work through roadblocks, motivate internal and external dependencies, and bring about project closure

* Desire to learn, grow, have fun and be part of a highly functional and competent team of Internet networking professionals

* The ability to think big, manage ambiguity to move quickly, and deliver results in an entrepreneurial environment

* Excellent ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Fluent in written and spoken English, understands communication issues in multicultural business environments
