Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or
* 5 years of relevant experience and a PhD
Required skills
Education: BA/BS Degree, MBA preferred or equivalent industry experience
* 5+ years of experience with product management or product marketing or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management technologies
Desired Skills
* Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills
* Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product vision and requirements definition
* Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail
* Ability to assess new markets, analyze business opportunities and execute against them
* Understanding of product management & product marketing discipline – including product lifecycle management and some experience with product line strategic planning
* Highly self-motivated and self-sufficient
* Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
* Proven track record in growing a product business and working within a cross-functional environment to drive result
