Senior Program Manager

Required Education and Experience 

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:

* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or 

* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or MBA. 

Required Skills 

* 4+ years of professional experience as a project manager/program manager in a technical organization.

* 3+ years of experience working in the technology industry.

Desired Skills 

* Strong written and verbal communication.

* Proven flexible leadership and interpersonal skills. 

* Ability to work cross-functionally and interact effectively within all levels of the organization.

* Strong sense of integrity and accountability.

* "Self-starter" personality with ability to self-motivate in fast paced environment.

* Ability to manage programs effectively by balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational objectives.

* Ability to put structure where there isn’t any and see a program holistically.

* Excellent organization ability with attention to detail.

* Ability to identify and effectively communicate key issues and information relevant to senior leadership.
