Senior Program Manager - Media & Carrier

Required Education and Experience 

* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field or its equivalent.

Required Skills 

* Minimum of 8 years of project and/or program management experience.

* Minimum of 5 years of release management, or broad experience with the software development lifecycle.

Desired Skills 

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, release management, network operations, product management, professional services, etc). 

* Strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive the day-to-day activities of internal resources

* Must be action oriented, capable of multi-tasking well, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. 

* Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies.


* Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a strong plus.

* Hands-on technical experience is a strong plus. 

* Knowledge of Internet and/or Media technologies (DNS, HTTP, streaming, web servers, etc.) a strong plus.
