- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Possess a minimum 12 years of overall business experience within the technology industry (Enterprise SaaS).
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training or Sales Operations or equivalent experience.

- Extraordinary interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate.
- Passion for helping salespeople learn, grow and succeed.
- Deep Experience with sales methodologies, pipeline management and CRM environments.
- Prior sales experience carrying and exceeding quota.
- Experience developing sales training curriculum and materials for technically complex products.
- Experience leading front of the room sales trainings.
- Ability to partner with senior executives and articulate team’s impact and value.
- Initiative, agile and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience with Sales Enablement, Sales Certifications or Selling Productivity Methodologies.
- Creativity and energy to launch innovative programs with a positive mindset.
