Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or
* 12 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or
* 10 years of relevant experience and a PhD

Required Leadership Capabilities

Ability to translate business objectives and priorities into functional goals and measurement, translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Leadership – Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing teams and individuals. A leader that is known for building organizational capability through diverse and deep talent pipelines. A motivating executive capable of instilling excitement and inspiring others. Able to define and translate a vision into actionable plans. Develops loyalty and commitment in others.
• Presence – Has the gravitas required to gain the respect of customers, partners and others within the Company. Strong communication skills.
• Relationship building –Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and build successful relationships with various stakeholders. Able to manage, influence and achieve alignment across a range of different interests and establish common alignment and direction.
• Cultural understanding - Understand cultural nuances within a variety of countries across the world.
• Change management and transformation- Excel at leading and managing an organization through the change that is inherent at a fast-growing and constantly evolving company.

Additional Skills Required
• 15+ years of industry experience, with at least 7+ years spent in a leadership role. Functional experience desired includes a combination of professional services sales, consulting services, professional services operations, engineering and/or general management.
• Have experience building and managing a regional or global services and support organization at scale. Proven success in services sales and overlay sales models.
• Display significant international experience with an emphasis on scaling to optimize coverage and profitability.
• Strong financial knowledge, background in financials and experience with working with sales and understanding the sales ecosystem.
• Embrace constant focus on efficiency via automation; margin improvement and understands how to positively impact customer success and NPS.
• Have experience working in a software environment with working knowledge of cloud services models.
• Have experience in building and managing a strong partner ecosystem of sales and delivery talent to increase technology adoption and customer value realization.
• This role does require frequent travel in the APJ region.
