Basic Qualifications
 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment such as sales or technical consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Partner-facing environment including sales, training, or technical consulting.
  • Strong background in Internet Technologies.
  • Must be willing to travel 30% or more.
 
Desired Qualifications
 
  • Education: Master’s Degree of Science or Masters in Business Administration.
  • Possesses deep organizational fluency to drive results in a complex matrix organization.
  • Proven success defining and executing Partner strategy including training and Partner on boarding.
  • Demonstrates situational fluency through strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional skill visualizing and documenting technical, organization, and procedural concepts.
  • Proven effectiveness presenting complex and technical material to varying audiences.
  • Utilizes broad business acumen and fundamental understanding of channel strategy.
  • Deep understanding of CDN architecture, solutions, and products, preferably Akamai solutions.
