Partner with the best

As a Senior SRE - Cloud Native, You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in reliability, observability, and automation to ensure top-tier performance and uptime. You'll create tools to automate the deployment, monitoring and management of the platform. You'll work with open-source technologies to maintain the reliability of the computing infrastructure.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Cloud Native, you will be responsible for:

• Automating deployment workflows with shell/python and SaltStack/Ansible
• Collaborating on the roadmap for critical enterprise features expected from a public managed Kubernetes platform
• Deploying Infrastructure As Code using terraform
• Developing monitoring solutions based on Prometheus metrics and Grafana dashboards
• Defining reliability requirements and performance metrics for Akamai's cloud computing infrastructure
• Collaborating in CI/CD pipeline ensuring a safe and reliable release cycle

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant certifications ( Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
• Be proficient in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Shell)
• Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Be familiar with DevOps practices and tools
• Be excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Be excellent in communication and collaboration abilities
