Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience  

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:   

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent or  

• 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or   

• Relevant experience and a PhD    

Required Skills  

• 5+ years of experience in server-side or UI development and/or QA engineering  

• 3+ years of experience working in UNIX/Linux/Windows environments and with networking protocols such as HTTP/S, DNS, TCP/IP  

• 3+ years of experience with object-oriented design and development  

• 2+ years of product/system integration testing  

• 2+ years of experience coding in Java and test automation experience using Selenium    

Desired Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills  

• Experience with web application deployment, including application and database servers  

• Domain knowledge in the area of web server (IIS/Apache), proxy server and caching technologies  

• Familiarity with software security weakness, vulnerability and secure code review   

• Familiarity with software attack and exploitation techniques
