Senior Software Engineer - Carrier and Enterprise

Basic Qualifications


* Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related equivalent degree
* Strong experience in developing high-quality, usable, and scalable web applications in Java
* Confidence with the Spring framework
* SQL and the Hibernate framework experience
* Experience developing REST APIs
* Exposure to build management tools (maven, ant)
* Good SDLC knowledge and application lifecycle
* Experience in developing Android applications

* Strong English language skills and strong communication and organization skills




Desired Qualifications


* 2+ years experience with a JavaScript framework, preferably AngularJS
* Highly responsible, self-directed, motivated, creative and confident
* Skilled at writing unit tests and testable components
* Experience with server based architecture (parallelism, performance, scalability, security)
* An agile learner, able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to program in a scripting language like Python
* Comfortable with the Linux command line and shell programming
* Solid working knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack, HTTP, DNS and caching concepts
* Experience developing software products sold to network service providers
