Senior Solutions Engineer

You Have:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information System, other related field or equivalent industry experience.

• Min. 7+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Min. 5+ years of experience in a “customer facing” environment such as technical sales or consulting.

• Min. 5+ years of experience with Internet technologies (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.), including good understanding of CDN and/or Internet security technology.

• Being part of a global team, proficiency in English in both speaking and writing is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience with digital performance management (DPM), application performance management (APM) solutions, web performance and load testing tools

• Deep knowledge of web front-end technologies and Front-End Optimization (FEO) techniques 

• Prior experience of managing integrated account team to up-sell and cross-sell to strategic customer

• Prior experience working with one or more of the following verticals: e-Commerce, Financial Services, Manufacturing, E-learning and general enterprise verticals

• A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence

• Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus.

• Experience with at least one programming/scripting language is a plus 

• Good experience in cloud security technologies / architectures. Industry certifications including CISSP or CEH is a plus
