Senior System Operations Engineer.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

·       BS, MS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.

·       Strong understanding of Linux. Ubuntu preferred.

·       Experience managing the setup, configuration and monitoring of different components of AWS infrastructure system like EC2, Route53, VPC using Boto/Boto3.

·       Strong understanding of AWS S3 and IAM services

·       Practical, solid knowledge of shell scripting and at least one scripting language. Python preferred

·       Experience in development of automated deployment scripts using tools like Ansible

·       Experience in setup or configuring load balancers, nginx systems

·       Configuration and maintenance of common infrastructure such as Elasticsearch, Redis, Rabbitmq, Celery, Active Directory.

·       Experience with monitoring/reporting technologies e.g. Sensu, Nagios, Graphite, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana

·       Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability issues of 24x7 commercial services.

·       Experience implementing SOC2 and PCI.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills.

  Desired Skills:

·       Good hands-on Knowledge Internet protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, DHCP).

·       Skillful with troubleshooting using HTTP developer tools for analyzing web access and performance issues, working knowledge of network packet capture analysis tools

·       Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

·       Experience in: Configuring web servers (NGINX/Apache/IIS) and the infrastructure necessary to support enterprise web applications (load balancers, Application Delivery Controllers, SSL-VPN solutions, SQL and databases etc.)

·       Familiarity with Cloud computing services like VMWare, OpenStack, Microsoft Azure

·       Experience supporting LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, SAML
