Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent or
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in CS or equivalent
Required Skills
* Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer or Professional Service consultant for a product sold into the Enterprise IT market in one of the following areas or similar:
Remote Access
Cloud security
Identity management
Networking
Firewall
Mobile Device Management
Device posture assessment
* 5+ years of overall work experience
* 3+ years experience building and maintaining product demonstration environments, or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience conducting deep technical competitive analysis
* 3+ years of experience conducting training sessions
Desired Skills
* Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to translate technical features into training, documentation and publications
* Experience with Identity Access Management, and Digital Identity
* Experience with Secure Internet Gateways (SIG) or Secure Web Gateways (SWG)
* Experience with malware, phishing, anti-virus, threat landscapes, and social engineering
* Experience with Application Proxy, VPN, WAN Optimization and general networking (routing, firewall)
* Experience with Cloud/IaaS vendors: AWS, Azure
* Experience with Microsoft environments (Azure AD, AD, GPO, SCCM, Remote Desktop, Kerberos)
* Experience with API and scripting (Powershell, Shell Script, Python) and automation (Chef, Ansible…)
* Experience with screencast tools (Screenflow, Filmora)
