Senior Technical Program Manager
Required Education and Experience
o 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS or its equivalent
Required Skills
o 5+ years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience, ideally in a cross-functional delivery capacity
Desired skills
o Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to drive day to day responsibilities
o Ability to work effectively with others in a diverse corporate environment
o Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining continuous communication with leadership
o Proficient with program and project management principles and practices
o Hard working detailed and action-oriented self-motivator
o Program management of compliance initiatives such as SOX, IRAP, FedRamp, and/or PCI
o Proficient with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
o Proficient with Risk and Issue management
o Proficient with high-tech internet industry & technical software implementations
o Expertise with Microsoft Office products
o Proficient with collaboration tools (Examples: JIRA, Confluence)
o Certifications would be a plus (Examples: PMP, SaFE, CSP, PMI-ACP)
o Consulting experience would be a plus
