Senior Technical Program Manager

Required Education and Experience:
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree

Required Skills
* 8+ years of project management experience.
* 5+ years of release management, or broad experience with the software development lifecycle.

Desired Skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related equivalent degree
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, release management, network operations, product management, professional services, etc).
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive the day-to-day activities of internal resources
* Must be action oriented, capable of multi-tasking well, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a strong plus.
* Hands-on technical experience is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of Internet and/or Media/Carrier technologies (DNS, HTTP, streaming, web servers, etc.) a strong plus.
