Senior Technical Program Manager

Required Education and Experience:
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree

Required Skills:
* 8+ years or more experience in technology/software organizations
* 5+ years in a Program/Project management role
* 3+ years as a software developer or related technical role
* 2+ years in Scrum Master role

Desired Skills:
* Certifications such as PMI-PMP, PMP-ACP, CSM, etc.
* Experience in handling Engineering Platform and/or Networking projects
* Experience in software and technical projects/release/deployments
* Demonstrated experience in Agile led program/project management best practices
* Fast and eager learner
* Experience coordinating with engineering teams and leaders
* Well organized with project information (recording, tracking, reporting)
* Demonstrated ability to provide audience appropriate detail
* Ability to manage concurrent projects. Keen ability to identify, analyze and mitigate risks
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to drive decision making
* Natural ability to work in a fast¬ paced environment, willingness to adapt to change and proceed on decisions made with varying levels of uncertainty
* Demonstrated experience facilitating dynamic meetings, coordinating among high-energy participants and influencing towards productive results
