Senior Technical Program Manager

Basic Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a very closely related technical field. 

• 7+ years experience working with software development teams on mission critical systems. 

• 3+ years experience with technical project or program management. 

• 2+ years experience on programs spanning multiple teams and geographies. 

• Demonstrated experience in agile and waterfall methodologies 

 Desired Qualifications 

• Advanced degree in relevant Engineering discipline and/or MBA preferred. 

• Internet and/or software engineering industry experience strongly preferred. 

• Demonstrated ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly. 

• Exceptional technical/professional writing skills. 

• Proven leadership, organization, and planning skills. 

• Proven ability to deliver large cross-functional strategic initiatives. 

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and professionally across a wide range of constituencies and/or geographies. 

• Experience working in a fast-paced matrix technical organization. 

• Exceptional oral and written communications skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while responding to changing business and technical conditions. 

• Experience with industry standard SDLC tools. Confluence and Jira experience, is a plus.
