Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ year’s relevant experience required.

2+ years of experience with creating customer/public documentation.
-
2+ years in a customer/public-facing role.
-
2+ years managing complex projects in an evolving environment.
-
1+ years’ experience teaching or training a variety of audiences.
-
A desire to work with customers and sales to support our Security business.
-
Familiarity with Project Management methodology, particularly to effectively scope tasks and budget resources.
-
Excellent technical aptitude.

Strong organizational skills – you will have a good deal of independence.
-
Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal – you will be called on to write procedures and explanations others can follow easily.

Self-managing and able to work well remotely.
Desired Qualifications
-
A solid understanding of Internet technologies and fundamental protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, and DNS and an understanding of information security principles.

Experience managing compliance with, assessing against, or communicating about FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27002, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or other information security standards and familiarity -- or the ability to quickly gain it.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a focus on documentation, controls, and deadlines.

Ability to organize groups of 2-6 people in multiple areas across the company.

Top-notch presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to adapt to multiple environments and audiences, particularly from business or engineering perspectives.

Curiosity, and an unwillingness to accept the easiest or shortest answer.

Comfort with asking questions, admitting ignorance, and working with uncertainty.
