Senior Technical Program Manager
Basic Qualifications
*Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related equivalent degree.
*8-11 years of work experience.
*5 years’
experience as a software program manager/project manager.
*Understand
the software development cycle and technical understanding
*Strong
collaboration skills and ability to interface and collaborate with multiple
teams and functions (engineering, QA, release management, network operations,
product management, professional services, etc.)
*Demonstrate
a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion
*Experience managing complex
programs across teams and geographies
Desired Qualifications
*Strong
organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive the day-to-day
activities of internal resources
*Action
oriented, capable of multitasking well, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team
environment
*Hands-on technical experience is a strong plus.
