Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Telecommunication/Computer Science or relevant technical field experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of related professional work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of technical consulting services OR project management experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Large scale web site/application development & operation
• Cloud computing
• Content Delivery Network(CDN) and/or Application Delivery Network(ADN)
• Web development languages, Internet OSI layers 4-7 and/or Architectures
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Must have the ability to travel up to 30%.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English
Desired Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in MIS / CS a plus.
• Any of PMP, SCRUM, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent IT industry expert certification a plus.
• Enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• Possess excellent technical aptitude and a desire to learn constantly.
• Implementation experience with web delivery technologies or mobile app that works based on HTTP and other Internet protocols.
• Experience in one or more web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures – such as J2EE, HTTP, DNS, .NET, C#, JSP, ASP, Tomcat, Apache and NGINX.
• Experience with the impacts of Content Delivery and Distributed Computing within business and technical organizations.
• General exposure to security technologies, processes, and concepts such as PKI, SSL, firewalls, NIST 800-53, FIPS-140-2, Authentication & Authorization, Client Certificates, OCSP, etc. a plus.
• Experience with data processing, Real Time Reporting and Analytics a plus.
• Experience delivering streaming technologies (Windows Media/Silverlight, Adobe Flash, Apple HLS, MPEG-DASH) in the enterprise or B2C, including encoding, server technologies, client and server playlists/metafiles, custom media player creation, DRM a plus.
• Experience in IP based Internet in L3, L4 & L7. Experience in Load Balancing, L4/L7 switching, WAF, IPS/IDS, or relevant area
