MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Computer Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, will accept Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Computer Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have: Total required experience must include (can be gained concurrently): 3 years of experience working in UX/UI Design and helping advance current UX/UI design best practices; 3 years of experience working with technologies such as Sketch, InVision Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and Balsamiq. Must also have the following (no required amount or number of years of experience required, only the proven ability as described): (1) Demonstrated portfolio of work; (2) Proven solid verbal and written communication and presentation skills and ability to organize and present information on screen and verbally with a team; (3) Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders from different departments with different perspectives and considerations; (4) Demonstrated ability to create simple, clear and elegant user experience for complex applications to increase communication efficiency and enhance user experience; (5) Proven strong attention to detail.
