Required Education and Experience
- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Design or its equivalent.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience creating and delivering high-caliber creative work in Website Design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, InVision - motion, JS, HTML and/or CSS experience.
Desired Skills
- Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments, preferable at the enterprise level
- Experience designing and implementing UX/UI best practices
- Highly refined design POV and aesthetic sensibilities
- Ability to deliver cross-platform user experiences that are simple and elegant
- Solid understanding of how to apply brand guidelines and standards
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to take initiative while working collaboratively with designers, art directors, product managers and developers/engineers
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities
