Basic Qualifications
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven record of
successfully building collaboration around important initiatives.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Successful track record of working and influencing
matrixed organizations.
* 8 years managing large organizations and managing
leads/managers preferred.
* Significant experience in technology, with demonstrated
aptitude for technology at business and technical level. In particular,
knowledge of internet and internet technologies is critical.
* Demonstrated operations and organization skills
implementing and driving best practices in multi-office, cross functional
organizations.
* Extensive expertise supporting enterprise customers &
creating service/support strategies.
* Documented track record of consultative selling.
* Experience in expanding customer service and support
services revenue.
* Strong organization and analytical skills.
* Fluent in speaking and writing Japanese
* Fluent in speaking and writing English
* Must be willing to travel as needed
