- Minimum: 8+ years of
experience in an enterprise delivery or support environment with
demonstrated complex project delivery success.
- Competency in Analytical
Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, Product & Technology
- Works well with customers/channel
to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop meaningful
relationships.
- Passionate about technology
and enjoys solving complex technical problems in a fast pace environment
- IT Implementation (e.g. CMM
and CMMI), IT Service Delivery and Support (e.g. ITIL Foundation), Project
Management fundamentals (e.g. PMI or equivalent) and Industry-specific
certifications
- Demonstrated operations and
organization skills implementing and driving best practices in
multi-office, cross functional organizations.
- *Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives.
