Collaborate to deliver the best customer experience

As a Service Line Manager, you will lead a technical services team of individual contributors. You will be responsible for technical leadership, team productivity, resource management, retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. Being an industry and technical expert. You will build the team to deliver innovative outcomes for customers through relationships, business & technical acumen, and operational focus.

As a Service Line Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Technical Project Managers, Solutions Architects in the Americas region to provide delivery excellence to our clients
  • Providing performance coaching, feedback, technical leadership and mentoring
  • Partnering with Sales and other Service Line Leaders to drive strategic decisions
  • Performing resource planning, hiring, resource assignment & annual performance reviews
  • Driving operational initiatives and participate in programs to continually deliver efficiencies, customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Support Services to provide product feedback and resolve issues that arise during customer trials or integrations

  • Demonstrate experience supporting clients & creating service/support strategies.
  • Have experience in managing technical teams
  • Show evidence of organization skills, managing and ensuring best practices in cross-functional global teams.
  • Display outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, influencing, change management ownership and managing ambiguity
