Services Analyst

Required Education and Experience 

Must meet one of the following requirements;

* 2 years of overall experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, MIS or other related field or

* Relevant experience and a Master’s degree in in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, MIS or other related field. 

Required Skills  

* 1 year of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 

* 2 years of experience and basic working knowledge of OBIEE 11g or 12c CSS and HTML.

Desired Skills 

The ideal candidate will be:

* "Self-starter" personality with ability to self-motivate and be resourceful in a fast paced environment.

* Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a history of meeting tight deadlines.

* Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with large amounts of data with ability to use Data Analysis tools like MS Excel or MiniTab.

* Basic programming experience preferred to enable analysis outside the constraints of Microsoft office; SQL and/or JavaScript or similar language preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Basic working knowledge of CSS and HTML

* Task-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality.

* Strong sense of integrity and accountability

* Able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

* Able to work easily as part of a team and also independently to achieve individual and group goals.
