Required Skills
● 2+ years of experience in operating and supporting complex applications in microservice architectures;
● Experience with Linux or other Unix-like flavor.
● Experience in scripting languages like Bash and/or Python.
● Experience with most of the following: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, , and SSL protocols.
● Experience with SQL/relational databases and NoSQL databases (Oracle, Apache Cassandra) for troubleshooting and data analysis;
● Experience working with REST API and hands on experience in using API clients;
● Understanding of public (preferably Microsoft Azure) and experience in operating hybrid & on-premises architectures;
Other skills
*Experience with analyzing logs using tools, such as Splunk, ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana;
*Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues to ensure resolution of the most critical ones.
* Thorough understanding of distributed systems and/or virtual machine systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple issues at a time.
* Interest in working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Ability to write clear documents in English describing network issues and their resolution.
