Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with web API testing
- Scripting experience with using Java/Groovy for building test frameworks
- Experience in software release testing on tight schedules with high quality
- Experience in developing automated testing infrastructures
- Design with best possible architectures and clean code
- Experience with test automation frameworks and deploy/build tools (Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
- Desire to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
- Passion to understand, learn, and use new technologies
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Drive for product quality and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems and monitoring
- Experience with most of the following: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL protocols
- Thorough understanding of distributed systems and/or virtual machine systems (Docker, Docker Compose or Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with the TestNG and/or JUnit framework
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
- Experience working with cloud providers like Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
