Basic Qualifications
• Relevant higher education and/or professional experience
• 3+ years of experience programming automation tests in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc)
• 3+ years of experience automating web application testing (Selenium, Puppeteer, etc)
• 2+ years of experience writing integration/unit testing code
• 2+ years of experience with Linux and Bash scripting
• 2+ years of experience Git and integrations with Git services/APIs (e.g. Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket)
• 2+ years of experience with build systems and CI/CD processes
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, cloud networking, and application services - AWS and Azure are an advantage
Desired Qualifications
• Experience working with and testing web applications and RESTful APIs
• Experience with JavaScript and NodeJS server applications
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservice architecture
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch) and Messaging Queues
• Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS/SSH, IPv4/v6)
• Knowledge of IaaS
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently
• A "Can do" attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player
