As a Senior AI Senior Software Engineer Lead you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing scalable AI Service solutions on cloud platforms
• Writing reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable backend micro services
• Creating new features from scratch, enhancing existing features, and optimizing existing functionality for an Akamai Big Data AI scale solution.
• Collaborating with various engineering teams, Data Science, product, and operations to develop one of the most innovative components of the product.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Have experience working in microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Have great understanding of API design, scalability, and system performance optimization.
• Experience in backend programming such as Java or GO And Python or any other OO programming language.
• Experience with with one of the following Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, Clickhouse.
• Experience working with one of the following event streaming technologies: RabbitMQ, Kafka, Amazon SQS, experience
