Solutions Architect

Basic Qualifications
* Education:   in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems or relevant engineering field, MS in CS/MIS preferred.
* Overall Experience:  3 to 5 years of customer facing experience
* Fluency in French and English required.
 
 
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years experience with Internet technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, web servers, and web applications.
* Demonstrated ability with customer support or web application development
* Demonstrated ability with implementing enterprise scale, n-tier solutions with direct client exposure.
* Proven working knowledge of the full software development life cycle
 
 
Desired Qualifications
* Good hands-on knowledge of Internet protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL)
* Skillful with troubleshooting using HTTP developer tools for analyzing web access and performance issues, working knowledge of network packet capture analysis tools.
* Experience in at least one common web development language, e.g. Java, C#, Python, Perl, HTML, Javascript
* Extensive experience in: Configuring web servers (NGINX/Apache/IIS) and the infrastructure necessary to support a website (load balancers, Application Delivery Controllers, SSL-VPN solutions, SQL and databases etc.)
* Familiarity with Cloud computing services AWS/Openstacck/Microsoft Azure/etc.
* Experience supporting LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, SAML
* Experience supporting REST APIs
* Experience in fields like Web Application technologies, Internet technologies, including ecommerce, online marketing, online advertising, digital media, video streaming, content management systems, content publishing systems, Web analytics, application security and Internet security.
* Experience with enterprise and data center networks, system design and operation, infrastructure design and build out, caching proxies, routing, switching and load balancing.
* CDN experience big plus.
* Must possess a good understanding of consulting best practices, and common web and application architectures.
* Must be action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems; able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
