Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Computer Sience, MIS Enginiering or its equivalent or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree Computer Sience, MIS Enginiering or
* Relevant experience and a PhD
Required Skills
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Internet technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS and web servers.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience within the security field (e.g. Firewalls/VPN, Security Event Management, Data
Loss Prevention or related.)
• Must have at least either an Industry recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.) or equivalent years
in experience.
• Must provide mentoring to the team members
• Colaborate with the team initiatives, automating tasks
Desired Skills
• Industry recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.).
• Proven experience in the Networking field (CCNA, CCNP or related) desired.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network scenarios involving carriers and/or third party partners.
• Experience in the web application security field.
• Experience with web application firewall (WAF) concepts and technologies.
• Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to understand complex systems.
• Experience writing/decoding exploit, vulnerability, and attack detection signatures.
• IT solution delivery experience, preferably within a consulting organization.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and web-related programming or scripting languages: Javascript, PHP, Shell Scripting,
J2EE, .NET, JSP, ASP, Python, etc.
• Experience with TCP/IP network debugging with tcpdump/wireshark or similar.
• Experience working with web proxies such as Fiddler, Charles and others.
• Experience testing and debugging web applications.
• Experience with data processing, Real Time Reporting and Analytics.
• Working knowledge of the full software development life.
