Solutions Engineer II - Media Software

Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, another related field or it's equivalent or
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or another related field.

Required Skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Internet technologies, standards and protocols, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Web architecture and design.
* Minimum 1 year of experience with TLS, cloud compute platforms, APIs, and mobile applications, etc.

Desired Skills
* Experience with Internet technologies, including an understanding of cloud architectures and modern application design patterns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences, from the user to the executive level.
* Must have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships.
* Domain knowledge of products and processes related to cloud application deployment and security including web application firewalls, application load balancers, and application delivery controlers.
* Experience with hosting or developing Internet delivered applications, managed security services, enterprise and data center networks, caching proxies, and load balancing.
* A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence.
