Required Education and Experience
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Required Skills
* 3+ years of experience in a “customer facing” environment such as technical sales or consulting
* 3+ years of experience with Internet and cloud technologies
Desired Skills
* Experience with web security and in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity space
* Knowledge of Internet technologies, web analytics, and digital performance management solutions
* Experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships
* A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus
* Experience in the CDN and ecommerce industry
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and management clients
