SQA Engineer II

Required Education and Experience:

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:

* 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree equivalent or

* Relevant experience and a Master’s degree or PhD or

* Relevant Professional Experience

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

* 2+ years of experience developing or testing network software applications

* 2+ years of experience using databases and SQL commands

* 2+ years of experience developing automation in Python, Perl, Java or C++

* 2+ years of experience working in Linux/Unix environment

 Desired Qualifications:

* Experience with testing very large scale, distributed systems, including networking

* Experience with test frameworks, such as pytest

* Familiarity with continuous integration systems (such as, Jenkins)

* Familiarity with test tools (such as, Selenium)

* Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail

* Willingness and flexibility to switch between multiple high priority assignments

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Highly driven, positive attitude, self-motivated and team player
