Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Computer Science or similar degree
  • Experience in cloud based operations and AWS

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS
  • Capabilities to provide AWS operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Experience with application / data migration to/from AWS
  • Experience with IDP vendors such Microsoft, Okta 
  • Experience with NGINX and HTTP protocol.
  • Experience with configuration and management software such GIT
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Deployment experience using common AWS technologies such as Bastion Hosts, S3, Security Groups, VPC, and regionally distributed EC2 instances, Docker, and more.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
  • Fast learner, Achiever, sets high personal goals
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects and consistently meet project deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience working with a variety of authentication schemes including SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC and Oauth2.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP/S and related web technologies with the ability to troubleshoot issues using common tools such as Wireshark, browser developer tools, Fiddler and log collectors (Kibana).
  • Working knowledge of common Microsoft server technologies such as Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services and AD FS.
  • Experience with Linux systems / networking and Scripting
  • Understanding of TCP/IP
  • High level of creativity - think outside the box
  • Adaptable and able to learn new techniques.
  • Maintain and improve consistently high customer satisfaction - Go the extra mile for the customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
