Sr. Development Operations Engineer (Dev Ops)

Required Education and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:

* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or

* 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree

Required Skills

* Minimum of 5+ years experience working in a Linux/Unix environment

* Minimum of 3+ years experience working with scripting language such as Python or Perl

* Minimum of 3+ years experience with core Internet technologies; TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS

* Minimum of 1+ year experience working technology such as Go, Node JS, C++, JAVA or similar

* Minimum of 1+ year of experience working with SQL

  Skills

Desired Skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Experience working with large/global scale distributed systems

* Deploy and maintain components on a large-scale environment

* Ability to work independently and communicate across functional teams

* Experience with version control, Perforce/Git

* Experience with REST APIs

* Experience with Docker

* Experience with large distributed deployments with 10K+  servers and associated networking equipment
