Required Education and Experience 

* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or its equivalent.

* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or its equivalent.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Ph.D  or its equivalent.

 

Required Skills 

* Minimum 8 years of experience in a Security marketing role.

* Minimum 8 years of experience with marketing technology solutions.

* Minimum 5 years of experience creating and launching security specific campaigns.  

 

Desired Skills 

* Strong marketing communications skills (written and verbal).

* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with senior management

* Program Skills: Build and execute Security marketing programs

* Content/Market Skills: Understands Security markets, buying behavior, channel/3rd party implications, and how to work with partners

* Writing Skills: Ability to author and edit promotional content. Ability to review/edit content with opinion and writing skills, ability to write email copy/web copy, booth property messaging/bullets

* Deep understanding of the Security market

* Best in class marketing and demand generation within high tech

* Proven track record of planning and executing demand generation programs.

* Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance

* Excellent project and budget management skills

* Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.

* Strategic thinker / problem solver

* Experience working in fast paced work environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Computing skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Proven ability in pipeline management and acceleration strategies

* Experience in Account Based Marketing initiatives
