Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or
* Equivalent professional experience
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in product management, product development or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience with content delivery products or other internet-related technologies
* 2+ years of experience with cloud services
Desired Skills
* Ability to translate market and customer needs into technical requirements for engineering to build.
* Understanding of product management discipline – including product lifecycle management and some experience with product line strategic planning.
* Ability to assess new markets, analyze business opportunities and execute against them.
* Understanding of web technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Proven track record in working within a cross-functional environment to drive results.
* Thrives at working in a close team environment and building personal relationships
* Hands-on experience with big data technologies would be a plus.
* Keen interest in working with data and data visualizations
* Knowledge of developer trends and many environments preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Highly self-motivated and self-sufficient.
* Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
