Sr Program Manager - Technical
Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a PhD or
* Equivalent professional experience
Required Skills
* 5 years of experience in technical project management
Desired Skills
*Experience with information security initiatives including frameworks such as PCI, SOC2, FedRAMP, NIST CSF
*Interest and knowledge in blockchain technology are a plus
*PMP certification is a plus
*Demonstrated ability to collaboratively lead program work at an enterprise scale
*Excellent time management skills including the ability to prepare, prioritize, and complete work plans
*Experience working in a fast-paced matrix organization
*Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
*Exceptional oral and written communications skills
*Demonstrate an advanced understanding of security controls, IT controls and related standards
*Ability to interact and communicate with senior executives across multiple business areas
*Demonstrated ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
*Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while responding to changing business and technical conditions
*Proven ability to deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives
*Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and professionally across a wide range of constituencies
*Experience with industry standard SDLC tools, including Confluence and Jira, is also a plus
