Basic Qualifications
•1-3 years of accounting/audit experience
•Fluent English language
•Motivation to learn and work in a changing environment
•Strong analytical skills
•Focus on project-based model of work with deadlines, status monitoring, audit of results etc.
•Able to work independently and take full ownership of the responsibilities in scope
•Able to create clear and concise documentation and workpapers
•Good communications and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
•Experience in a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm a strong plus
•US GAAP, IFRS or German GAAP knowledge a strong plus
•Other languages than English a strong plus
