Strategic Account Executive, Carrier Business (Secure DNS)
Desirable Education:
At least Bachelor’s degree Business, Economics, Finance, Computer
Science or its equivalent
Required Skills and
Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in selling Carrier-grade technology
products or services to Telecom operators and ISPs.
* 10+ years in the Japan market
* Consistently exceeding quota and with a heavy focus on new account
development. Proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and
annual quota.
* Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with Directors,
Managers and CXOs.
* Proven, measurable, and successful experience as a “hunter” in the telecoms
and ISP space
* Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be a key
member of a world- class sales and support organization.
* Fluent in Japanese and at least Business level in English
Desired Skills:
* Must have strong knowledge of some combination of Internet
infrastructure, enterprise software, cyber security, SAAS and PAAS concepts,
and demonstrate the ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction.
* Formal sales training preferred: Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling
training.
* Ideal candidates will bring with them a range of Internet industry-related
contacts.
* Strong team player that also excels as a high-performing individual
performer/contributor
