Strategy and Operations Analyst II

Required Education and Experience 

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

• 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree

• Relevant experience and a PhD

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst role.

• 1+ years of experience with data mining techniques.

• 2+ years of experience using SQL to query data.

• 2+ years of experience with ERP/CRM systems, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and project.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML

• Strong work ethic and a history of meeting tight deadlines

• Ability to create sound analysis to be used to tactically drive larger organizational initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with large amounts of data with ability to use Data Analysis tools like MS Excel or MiniTab.

• Basic programming experience preferred to enable analysis outside the constraints of Microsoft office; SQL and/or JavaScript or similar language preferred.
