Strategy & Operations Analyst

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* Relevant experience and a Master’s degree

Basic Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in highly analytical environments with a focus on execution and results
* 2+ years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Skills:
* The ideal candidate will be: "Self-starter" personality with ability to self-motivate and be resourceful in a fast paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, MIS, or related field
* Strong work ethic and a history of meeting tight deadlines
* Ability to create sound analysis to be used to tactically drive larger organizational initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with large amounts of data with ability to use Data Analysis tools like MS Excel or MiniTab.
* Tableau experience preferred.
* Basic programming experience preferred to enable analysis outside the constraints of Microsoft office; SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python or similar language preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Task-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality.
* Strong sense of integrity and accountability.
* Able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Able to work easily as part of a team and also independently to achieve individual and group goals.
* Prepared to listen to others and have a strong sense of customer service.
* Flexible, self-motivated, curious and willing to continually develop in order to solve problems and drive results.
