Strategy & Operations Analyst

Required Education and Experience
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, MIS or related field or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, MIS or related field

Required Skills
* 3+ years of experience in an analyst role.
* 3+ years of experience using SQL to query data.
* 2+ years of experience with ERP/CRM systems, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and project.
* 1+ years of experience with data mining techniques.

Desired Skills
* “Self-starter“ personality with ability to self-motivate and be resourceful in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to create sound analysis to be used to tactically drive larger organizational initiatives.
* Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
* Experience with multi-dimensional data modeling tools; Anaplan, Adaptive Insights or similar experience preferred
* Basic programming experience preferred to enable analysis outside the constraints of Microsoft office; SQL and/or JavaScript or similar language preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Task-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality.
* Able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
